Help & Support

Find the right help.

Choose what you need. We’ll point you to the next step.

Choose the next step for your team.

Compare published monthly USD plan prices and estimate your team subtotal. PHP, Enterprise, hosting requirements and additional allowances are reviewed in your quote.

A quote request or estimate does not start a payment, subscription, company access or trial. Your final quote confirms scope, capacity, taxes and fees.

Welcome to wRELAY support. This page covers the most common questions about using your secure company workspace on web and mobile.

Getting started

  • Signing in — use the credentials issued by your company administrator.
  • Secure email & messaging — all communication is governed and audit-logged.
  • Mobile app — sign in with the same credentials you use on the web.

Meetings & calls

  • Schedule a meeting — open the calendar and create a meeting. Every

meeting automatically gets a secure join link, a Meeting ID, and a passcode (required by default).

  • Invite people — use Copy Meeting Link or Copy Invitation (which

includes the title, time, link, Meeting ID, passcode, and host) and share it however you like. Invited members are also notified in-app.

  • Join — click Join Meeting in the calendar event, open the link, or

enter the Meeting ID + passcode. Meetings work on both web and mobile.

  • Audio & video setup — in a call, open the Settings (gear) to choose

and test your camera, microphone, and speaker — you can preview your camera, watch the mic level meter, play a speaker test, and switch devices at any time during the call.

  • Host controls — the host can enable a waiting room (admit or deny

each person), remove participants, and end the meeting for everyone. Once a meeting ends, its link no longer works.

Guest access (people without an account)

  • If the host turns on Allow guest access, external guests can join from

the meeting link by entering their name, the Meeting ID, and the passcode — no account required.

  • Guests wait in the lobby until the host admits them, and they only ever

reach that one meeting — nothing else in the workspace.

Meeting security options

When creating a meeting you can require a password (on by default), enable a waiting room, allow guest access, or restrict the meeting to authenticated company users only. Choose the combination your conversation needs.

Common questions

  1. I forgot my password. Contact your company administrator to request a reset.
  2. I can't access a workspace. Your account may be inactive — ask your administrator to verify your status.
  3. A guest can't join. Confirm the host enabled Allow guest access, the

meeting hasn't ended, and the guest has the correct Meeting ID + passcode.

  1. My camera or mic isn't working in a call. Open the in-call Settings

gear to pick the right device and check browser permissions.

  1. Something isn't working. Note what you were doing and reach out below.
